What is Healing Meditation?
Healing meditation strengthens the body, soul and mind.
The body can be one of the strongest tools for mental and physical healing.
What does this exactly mean? This means that through Healing Meditation, by shutting off your inner thoughts, sending light inwards and removing the negative energy you could be healed from mental and physical sicknesses.
According to several scientific researches the human mind is a powerful self healing tool.
There is somethign called the Placebo Effect. Scientists aren’t quite sure how the placebo effect works but this phenomenon occurs when a patient believes they are getting treatment that works and their condition actually begins to improve, despite not actually receiving medication with an active ingredient.
A new study published in the magazine 'cancer' has also found that some breast cancer survivors who practice mindful meditation and yoga can physically change their cells, despite no longer receiving treatment.
Linda Carlson of the Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Alberta, Canada is lead author on a research paper, which was published in the journal Cancer.

This study definitely appears to suggest that our minds and bodies can affect one another, but it isn’t clear how that actually happens.
