Aura healing can also be known as spiritual healing, energy healing, or psychic healing. Energy healing is an excellent way to release blocks and unwanted energies, and get your own energy flowing, so you can heal.

Spiritual healing works from the perspective, heal spirit and spirit heals the body. Rather than focusing on body levels, aura healing focus on your spiritual energy system: your aura, energy channels, chakras, etc.

Many physical problems have their root cause on an energy level. In other words, physical problems can be a symptom of energetic, emotional, psychic, or spiritual issues.

Bathing with Epsom Salts

Water helps wash away dirt, both physically and energetically. Adding Epsom Salts to your bath stimulates the flow of your own energy and also draws minor psychic debris out of your aura.

Swimming

Submerging yourself in water helps cleanse your aura. As ocean water contains salt and minerals, it is especially useful for drawing minor psychic debris out of your aura.

Sunlight

Gentle exposure to sunlight stimulates the flow of your own energy. Some lower vibrations cannot exist with exposure to bright light.

Everyone has a unique aura. They are as individual as a finger print. Your aura consists of seven immediate layers plus many different shades of colors. The first is closest to the body and seven the furthest out.

Each layer interacts with the next sequentially and each has an impact on your physical, emotional and mental health. They also govern your spiritual development.

Aura Readings are very specific to the person. Your aura colors can change daily even by the minute or second!! Your aura contains colors that relate to who you are in life, your life's purpose, issues that are holding you back, personality traits that may need healing and/or releasing and even past-life issues carried over to this life.

When psychics and mediums learning how to view auras they associate the colors simply with the Chakra colors. In reality its much more complicated and understanding the finer details takes time. I will try to explain some of the ways in which we look at auras.

There are many more colors than the 7 Chakras. Every color has multiple shades and even stating something as simple as “your aura color is red” is incomplete. Red contains many shadings from light to dark. 

To summarize. When I look at the aura and see a red color I look for whether it is pale, strong and bright or dark and murky.

I look to see if the Red Shade is mixed with other colors to get any influences.

Then I interpret the color mix to explain what I see with that persons aura as per my guide.

Aura Colors and their general meanings.

Auras contain many different colors, change colors constantly, and each shade affects the aura colors meaning. Your mood, what you’re doing and what you’re experiencing in life all determine the colors of your aura at any given time.

In New Age pop culture, there is a common misconception that aura colors meaning is straightforward. Examples are: red=passion, yellow=optimism and purple=spirituality. Make no mistake, colors do contain meaning.

Attempts to create ‘cut and dried’ color codes greatly over simplify the matter. Within each color, there are many different shades and tones. Each unique shade communicates a different meaning.

Take a simple example: the color red.

A bright shade of red which contains a lot of yellow reads very differently than a dark shade of red which contains a lot of brown.

Each of these tones would express something different about your aura. A trained clairvoyant reader can look at these shades of color and interpret their unique shades of meaning.

Another example...imagine you are going through color swatches to pick the right tone of paint for a room. There are many subtle variations. Some you will like and some you won’t like. Even if they are all tones within the same color, each can make you feel differently.

Bottom line: different tones of the same color communicate different meanings
