Clair-gustance or "clear tasting" is the ability to receive taste impressions from a spirit. Also you can taste what someone else is eating or drinking due to this 'psychic' connection.
This also happens when you interact with people you are close too and even within a reading we can sometimes get the taste of what the other person is eating or drinking.
