Everyday we are weighed down by the ups and downs of life. Relationships and work can be supportive and fulfilling but at time
be a source of frustration, hurt and anger. The following information and helpful ideas are part of our extended process to help
people release their fears and guilt and find a better way to deal with life's negative events and turn them into positive learning
experiences.
This process works to heal the heart and restore emotional control. The mind regains its composure, the body recovers from the
side effects and our Spirit regains its energy.
To begin healing we need to start with Compassion.
Compassion.
Find compassion for ourselves and for others. Seek peace of mind by accepting our flaws and faults and start the process of
breaking free from patterns of behavior that continue to reinforce our misery.
Change our responses that are self critical and negative thinking. We are discouraged because we are not perfect, we feel
ourselves weak and incapable of functioning. This leads to anxiety and self doubt.
When we are down we kick ourselves rather than support and understand ourselves.
This happens in a relationship too as we kick our partner while we are hurting or angry. Striking out or withdrawing is a negative
response and needs addressing now. Don't delay – find love today.
To have our own peace of mind we must first find our inner peace. This is led by the heart rather than the mind. The heart
provides the gateway to inner healing and to our peace of mind through compassion and understanding.
Extend forgiveness towards those who have hurt you.
Time.
Time is a great healer. When we experience a traumatic event or situation the energy that we give to it is intense and high. We
cannot sustain this energy output for long periods so it gradually dissipates. As we start the process of healing we expend energy
in the opposite way so counteracting the negative energy we were experiencing.
Forgive yourself.
Catharsis.
Releasing this energy through venting is an important step to inner healing. Whether it is Shouting, screaming, crying we need to
expend this energy faster. When this negative energy is depleted we can start to input positive energy. Release those hurtful,
painful and fearful emotions.
Open up and receive inner healing.
Fear.
People are reluctant to release the negative energy/emotions through catharsis. “If I start crying I will never stop” is a common
response. Fear of being overwhelmed by our grief prevents us from releasing this emotion. We need to experience this emotion to
be able to release it. We need our grief. We need our healing which comes from the release.
Stop living and feeding on lies, guilt and pain.
Heartbreak.
We need to let our hearts break and care for ourselves in as loving a way as possible as we move through that process. We need
to trust that this is a much needed process and is in our best interests.
Our core cannot heal until it breaks.
Divine Intervention.
Our spirits (angels, archangels etc) want to take from us our wounds, pain, hurts and sorrow.
They can only do this if we ask them for help. We embrace their presence in our universe and ask them to enter our lives to help
us get better. The healing power of the angels is free, immediate, complete, liberating and lasting.
Realize the love the divine has for you.
Divine Purpose
Realize your purpose in life. We all have a purpose in life, often referred to as our “soul path”. We also have “lessons” we have to
go through as we learn by experience. We are supposed to go through these experiences so we can become wiser and better
people.
