Breath of Fire (or Dragon’s breath)
This is a variation of breathing routine for meditation and awakening the Kundalini. Again, it’s rapid breathing through the nose. But whereas other meditations breath deeply the breath of fire is shallow. It’s almost a kind of very rapid sniffing. The movement comes from the middle chest, and must never go down into the abdominal. As you continue gradually quicken the breath. This can produce light headedness.
Any meditation can be a means of opening the kundalini. It is important to keep the spine erect during meditation. Sit on a chair, be comfortable and warm because during meditation the body temperature can drop noticeably.
Many yogis talk of experiencing an lengthening of the spine after a kundalini awakening. It’s interesting that some who do Pilates speak of a similar phenomenon, perhaps the breathing required to build the “girdle of steel” spoken of in Pilates awakens kundalini too.
Dragon Fire
The term Dragon Fire is part metaphor, part reality. It implies to create change quickly and powerfully.
We all have dragon fire within us. We are all capable of accessing it and using it for our benefit or detriment, and for the benefit or detriment of others.
You can find examples of dragon fire on all levels, physical, mental, energetic, spiritual, divine, and higher.
There are 4 main ways that we can use our dragon fire. These are: creation, destruction, malevolence, and, perhaps mysteriously, love. Understanding of some basic principles leads to greater understanding of the self, which, in turn, leads to greater spiritual growth and enlightenment.
The Dragon Fire of Kundalini
As you journey along your Sacred Path to Enlightenment you are likely to encounter your Kundalini
This is an ancient symbol of kundalini - the dragon fire within. It can also symbolize spiritual growth and spiritual enlightenment. The Kundalini is your power. It runs up the spine and it is of a masculine nature. If you could see it, it would look red. A mirror of the Kundalini runs up the front of the body. This is the feminine Kundalini and if you could see it, it would look green.
The Kundalini is highly intelligent and knows what it is doing without any conscious help or interference.
If you want to achieve highest spiritual growth and enlightenment then it is best to leave the kundalini alone.
Enlightenment Through Celestial Resonance
The Path to Divinity and Even Higher Enlightenment
'Spiritual Healing' and 'Spiritual Enlightenment'. As you use the Divine Resonances to uplift your being so you will move towards higher and higher levels of divinity and beyond, putting a whole new meaning on the word 'divine' and what is divine.
Eventually you may raise your spiritual vibration beyond the level where you no longer require kundalini or chakras, and you will begin to learn and understand more about reality and that what people have said about many things over the millennia isn't necessarily so.
There is a thread of truth running through it. In fact, it is a divine form of truth called 'Highest Truth'. There is also 'Highest Love', 'Highest Wisdom' and 'Apex Knowledge' within this lens.
These are some of the keys to your eventual attainment of Everlasting Dragon Fire. They are Divine Qualities. If you want to eventually attain Everlasting Dragon Fire in this life, you need these Divine Qualities (and others) resonating within you.
There is a Divine Language, 'The Language of The Gods'. This 'Celestial Language' includes words that resonate with these Divine Qualities. Speaking these Celestial Words of Divine Power, or better still, resonating them, will establish the Divine Qualities within your own being.
As you build yourself up with an abundance of these Divine Qualities so your light will shine brighter and brighter and you will add a whole new meaning to the terms 'Spiritual Growth' and 'Enlightenment'.
The Way of The Dragon
The power that a dragon has can be a mixed blessing. There are 2 sides both light and dark. Darkness is a tricky thing. More than often it pretends to be the light. Dragon fire metaphors like 'crossing the abyss requires a firm footing' or 'a willingness to learn how to fly' are common place.
Dragons have a mythological history. Associated with greed selfishness and also murderess beasts and for the most part our perception of them cannot be anything but skewed by this mythology.
If dragon fire comes from an imperfect source there can be no way to ascend to become one unless there is a dark blessing underlying their evil intention. The dark Goddess Kali underlies the power of the dragon, she's not the easiest Goddess in the world to try and please. To follow the Dragon way means to worship in her wake.
Carefully tread when delving into the Darkness. This Goddess is always nice at the outset but make a wrong step and that leads to objected slavery by her underlings. Dragon fire is about serving as a dragon, and since Goddesses like Kali make the rules in these cases we will end up serving the darkness no matter how good our intentions are at the outset.
That's our way. The way of darkness, the way of the dragon.
Dragon Fly Spirit Guide
The Dragonfly Spirit Guide. Not as big or as scary as a dragon but still.....
Animal spirit guides can show up to us unexpectedly. Sometimes in subtle ways, and other times in very blatant ways. The dragonfly spirit guide could be showing up to guide you through this time in your life.
Why are dragonfly spirit guides so special?
One encouraging and enlightening myth is that the dragonfly is one of the animal spirit guides to the goddess Freya. The Chinese and Japanese have long regarded the dragonfly as a holy animal of sorts. Some people even believed that the dragonfly was once a dragon, hence the name. Dragonflies are not just spirit guides, they are also very useful in the natural world such as their tendencies to fight off the mosquito population. But how can the dragonfly spirit guide aid you in your life and spirituality right now?
The dragonfly spirit guide may be coming to you to teach you one or all of the following: skill, refinement, relentlessness, and/or creativity. Watch the dragonfly spirit guide in your dreams or simply watch the dragonfly on a video or in nature and observe their movements. They seem to never give up...never resting for more than a few seconds. They are relentless...maybe you need that characteristic to develop in your life right now. Maybe you've been stagnant and need some motivation to keep going. Whatever the dragonfly spirit guide is trying to tell you or guide you to, listen openly and carefully. Let the dragonfly spirit guide speak to you and maybe tell you of ways to improve your skills or creative abilities.
The dragonfly spirit guide is almost always in motion, so don't expect to sit on your butt and wait for its message. You might need to put yourself into motion to align with the dragonfly spirit guide. Then maybe his message will be clear to you.
Dragon Spirit Guide
Connecting with your animal spirit guide can be enlightening and bring out some unknown and unexpected wisdom from deep within yourself. While a dragon is a mythical creature according to the textbooks and scholars today, in ancient times, dragons were a real belief.
Not only did the Celtic people all over Europe believe in dragons and paint them on their flags and banners, but the Chinese on a total separate continent believed and celebrated this powerful beast...the dragon.
The Celtic people revered the dragon and hence believed that any place on the ground where a dragon's fire had scorched the earth, the herbs that grew from that scorched spot would be most powerful in healing disease and injury.
The Chinese used the Dragon as a symbol of strength, power, and good luck and the dragon was often used as the imperial symbol. The Chinese Dragon was the yang to the yin (the Chinese Phoenix). In Chinese mythology and legend, the most strong and noteworthy warriors and leaders are compared to the Dragon.
What does the Dragon spirit guide have to teach us and instill in us?
If the Dragon spirit guide has made himself known to you recently, you might have been in awe or possibly even frightened a little. That's to be expected. The Dragon spirit guide is no meek or gentle type of an animal spirit guide...the Dragon spirit guide is fierce and mighty and might appear quite intimidating at first.
Don't be scared by the Dragon spirit guide, he will not hurt you. The Dragon spirit guide might blow fire out of his nostrils and appear monstrous, but he is here to guide you further down your spiritual path.
The Dragon spirit guide brings swift change...he brings transmutation. If you've been in a stale spot in your spirituality or mental growth, the Dragon spirit guide has come to you to show you a new path...to help you in your transformation from the mundane to a more elevated plane. If the Dragon spirit guide comes to you in your dreams, welcome him. Talk to him. Ask him to allow you to ride on his back so that he can take you to the sacred place of transformation.
The Dragon spirit guide is a rare animal spirit guide, but if he comes to you...do not deny him or turn him away. He has much to show you and will take you to a place spiritually in which you are ready to go.
Dragon Senses
Dragon Blood
Dragon's blood is a bright red resin that is obtained from different species of a number of distinct plant genera: Croton, Dracaena, Daemonorops, Calamus rotang and Pterocarpus. The red resin was used in ancient times as varnish, medicine, incense, and dye. It continues to be employed for the aforementioned purposes.
Dragon's blood was used as a dye, painting pigment, and medicine (respiratory and gastrointestinal problems) in the Mediterranean basin, and was held by early Greeks, Romans, and Arabs to have medicinal properties. Dioscorides and other early Greek writers described its medicinal uses.
In modern times it is still used as a varnish for violins, in photoengraving, as an incense resin, and as a body oil.
In American Hoodoo, African-American folk magic, and New Orleans voodoo, it is used in mojo hands for money-drawing or love-drawing, and is used as incense to cleanse a space of negative entities or influences. It is also added to red ink to make "Dragon's Blood Ink", which is used to inscribe magical seals and talismans.
In folk medicine, dragon's blood is used externally as a wash to promote healing of wounds and to stop bleeding. It is used internally for chest pains, post-partum bleeding, internal traumas and menstrual irregularities.[5]
In neopagan Witchcraft, it is used to increase the potency of spells for protection, love, banishing and sexuality. In New Age shamanism it is used in ceremonies in a similar way as the neopagans use it.[citation needed]
Dragon's blood incense is also occasionally sold as "red rock opium" to unsuspecting would-be drug buyers. It actually contains no opiates, and has only slight psychoactive effects, if any at all.

Dragon Stone is a strengthener of the physical and etheric bodies, and it works very well for knitting the two of them together, when illness or other negative conditions have brought one's vitality down. Its influence assists the body in the spiritual purification of the blood, and of the cells. It is a wellspring of prana, and it can help one find one's inner ‘reset,' so that one's body and energy fields regain their resonance with a pattern of health, stability and emotional well being. It works steadily rather than rapidly, like most Jaspers, although the exceptional potency of Dragon Stone makes it one of the most powerful and dynamic of the stones in this family.
It has been said that the best way of breaking an old habit is to introduce a new one. That is Dragon Stone's special talent. If one has––through being buffeted by life's events, through confusion or fear, or through self-indulgence––fallen into unhealthy, debilitating patterns, Dragon Stone offers a strong, self-affirming template to follow.
Emotionally, Dragon Stones helps one develop self-confidence, a stronger will, an open expression of feeling and affection, a willingness to help others for the greater good, and the persistence required to make real and effective change.
Physically, it seems to aid endurance, and to inspire one to work hard to be well. This includes diet and exercise regimes for getting in shape. It also feels to me that it can aid those who are working to re-pattern one's cellular habits for regeneration and rejuvenation, all the way down to the DNA. The twisting, snakelike DNA molecule is, after all, something of a Dragon itself!
Spiritually, Dragon Stone can inspire one to place one's self-serving tendencies into service of the well-being of the world. Yet it does not make one into a weak rule-follower. Rather, it encourages fierceness and loyalty to what seems in one's heart to be the Good, and it teaches one to protect and defend that Good with a power and strength one may never have known one even had! A dragon is not a domesticated animal. It is a wild, sentient journeyer among many realms––an excellent ally and a worthy opponent. To carry Dragon Stone is to invite such qualities into oneself.
