Turning
a Negative into a Positive
Negative thinking comes from experiencing negative
emotions and are primarily responsible for the gradual decline in our
normal thinking process. This state overwhelms us and leads to
stress, anxiety and worry more than is necessary and normal.
Continuous accumulation of negative emotions within the
mind over extended periods of time can badly affect our mental and
physical well being.
